Did you have a big weekend out on the town? Or did you have too much junk food and the Sunday gut rot is all too real right now? Don’t worry I’ve got you covered. Sassy Water is about to change your life. Oh, and it’s also going to help calm and soothe your GI tract too.

While I cannot take credit for the creation of Sassy Water, it certainly has been a staple in our household for as long as I can remember. With my mom’s passion for health and wellness, and her career in the field of nutrition; we are always trying out new ways to improve our gut health.

The drinking and late night stops at your favourite burrito joint do a lot of damage to your gut. There are many nutritionists and health specialists out there who say that you shouldn’t be eating past 8:00 PM. When you’re out late with your friends and ready to head home…right after you stop for some after bar food; it’s a lot easier said than done.

So to show some appreciation to your body for putting up with your weekend antics try out the recipe for Sassy Water that I’ve shared below. Your body will thank you for it and besides, who doesn’t love a little bit of sass every now and again. It keeps life and your water interesting.

Yours truly,

Melissa Alyse
